International Technical Recruiter

About the role

We are seeking an experienced International Recruitment Specialist to source and recruit top talent for the US region. The role requires a strong understanding of US recruitment processes, job boards, and ATS, combined with excellent communication and organizational skills.

Key responsibilities

• Source and attract candidates using job boards, ATS, LinkedIn, referrals and other channels.
• Screen and qualify candidates for technical skills, experience and cultural fit.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and achieve submission and interview‑to‑placement targets.
• Coordinate interview scheduling, candidate preparation and ensure timely communication.
• Keep accurate records in the ATS and uphold confidentiality and ethical standards.

Required profile

• 1 to 3 years of experience in international recruitment, preferably focused on the US market.
• Proficiency with US recruitment terminology, visa types and major job boards.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills and a proactive, solutions‑oriented mindset.
