Investigation Department Manager

About the role
The Investigation Department Manager will report directly to the Head of Investigation and lead the analysis of complaints against members or students. This role ensures that investigations are conducted in line with applicable laws and that the Investigation Committee receives well‑prepared cases.
Key responsibilities
- Analyse complaints registered against members/students, considering relevant legislation.
- Prepare agendas and working papers for Investigation Committee meetings.
- Gather facts, compile information, and present cases of professional misconduct to the Committee.
- Support the implementation of Committee decisions on misconduct cases.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Head of Investigation.
Required profile
- Chartered Accountant (ICAP member) with at least one year of post‑qualification experience.
Required skills
- Strong report writing and drafting abilities.
- Analytical thinking and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and management capabilities.
