Investment Advisor - Real Estate Sales

About the role

The company is looking for driven, customer-focused Investment Advisors and Portfolio Managers to generate and convert leads, build lasting client relationships and close real estate deals. The role suits a sales professional who enjoys client interaction, is committed to service excellence and is motivated to consistently hit targets. The position is based in Gulberg, Lahore.

Key responsibilities

• Generate leads and follow up with potential clients to build a strong sales pipeline.
• Understand client requirements and match them with relevant property units.
• Brief clients thoroughly on property details, features and pricing.
• Conduct property presentations, client meetings and site visits.
• Manage the portfolio of REC's and brokerage network and act as a key account manager.
• Provide demonstrations and guide clients to timely deal closure.
• Maintain regular follow-ups from first contact through to post-sale, and stay in touch to identify further opportunities.
• Achieve individual sales targets and KPIs set by management.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client and deal records in the CRM system.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or a relevant field.
• Minimum 2-5 years of sales experience, preferably in real estate (high-rise, serviced apartments niche preferred).
• Strong commitment to customer service and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, able to manage a pipeline independently and meet deadlines.
• Alignment with the company's core values and policies.
