iOS Developer (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced iOS Developer to join a global technology leader on a contract basis. The position is fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere while contributing to a high‑traffic platform serving millions of users.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and debug native iOS applications using Swift and Objective‑C.
• Integrate new features and optimise existing functionality to improve performance and user experience.
• Collaborate with backend teams to define and implement API integrations.
• Maintain code quality through testing, code reviews, and adherence to best practices.
• Participate in sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, and retrospectives within an agile framework.

Required profile

• Proven experience building native iOS applications from scratch.
• Strong understanding of iOS frameworks such as UIKit, Core Data, and SwiftUI.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, JSON parsing, and third‑party library integration.
• Familiarity with Git version control and CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of agile development methodologies and tools like Jira or Trello.
