iOS Developer (Team Lead)

About the role

Diget Group is looking for an experienced iOS Developer to lead its mobile development team. The role focuses on building secure, high‑performance iOS applications for the healthcare sector, ensuring excellent user experience and compliance with industry standards.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain native iOS apps using Swift and SwiftUI.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver new features.
• Implement clean architecture (MVVM) and modern design patterns for scalable code.
• Integrate REST APIs, authentication modules, and third‑party SDKs.
• Write unit and integration tests, optimise performance and memory usage.
• Lead code reviews, mentor junior developers, and manage App Store Connect submissions.
• Ensure data security and HIPAA compliance for patient‑facing applications.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field.
• 4–5 years of professional iOS development experience.
• Strong communication, problem‑solving skills and cultural sensitivity.
