Islamic Business Manager

About the role

The Islamic Business Manager will lead the generation of new business opportunities with financial institutions, advise clients on deal structures and security documentation, and support the end‑to‑end investment process from initiation to disbursement.

Key responsibilities

• Develop relationships with financial institutions and generate new business pipelines.
• Prepare term sheets, credit committee business cases, and other transaction documentation.
• Monitor line limits, guarantees, draw‑down requests and disbursement MIS.
• Provide technical assistance on product design, environmental and social policies.
• Innovate mortgage and micro‑finance products for low‑ and middle‑income segments.
• Conduct financial analysis, market research on the mortgage industry, and draft reports on potential customers.
• Lead transaction processes, manage draw‑down requests and ensure post‑disbursement formalities are completed.
• Support strategy building, business planning and represent the company at external forums.

Required profile

• Minimum 16 years of education in Finance or Marketing.
• 3‑4 years of relevant experience in Islamic banking or finance.
• Strong knowledge of Islamic banking principles and market research techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
