ISO Compliance Officer

About the role

Aetheria Group is expanding its Quality and ISO Systems function and seeks an experienced ISO Compliance Officer for its Islamabad office. Reporting to the Head of Quality, ISO & Workforce Assurance, you will maintain and develop integrated management systems that support the Group’s public‑sector contracts.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and continuously improve ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 management systems across all operating companies.
• Plan, schedule and execute the internal audit programme, including reporting and follow‑up.
• Manage non‑conformities, root‑cause analysis and corrective‑preventive actions to verified closure.
• Own document control, versioning and records retention for policies, procedures and forms.
• Support ISO/IEC 27001 alignment, working with the Data Protection Officer on information‑security controls and evidence.
• Prepare inputs, KPIs and evidence packs for management reviews and certification body audits.

Required profile

• Minimum three years’ hands‑on experience implementing and maintaining ISO 9001 management systems.
• Proven working experience with ISO 14001.
• ISO 9001 Internal Auditor or Lead Auditor qualification (CQI/IRCA‑certified or equivalent).
• Strong knowledge of document control, CAPA and internal audit methodology.
• Excellent written and spoken English with high attention to detail.

• Microsoft 365 suite – Word, Excel and SharePoint.
• ISO 9001 Internal Auditor qualification (CQI/IRCA).
• ISO 14001 implementation experience.
• ISO/IEC 27001 knowledge and gap‑analysis skills.
