IT & Business Operations Administrator

About the role

We are seeking a proactive and organized IT & Business Operations Administrator to manage day‑to‑day IT services, business administration, and internal systems. The role blends technical support with operational coordination to keep our technology environment running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Administer Microsoft 365, Outlook, user accounts, and access controls.
• Manage hosting environments, domains, DNS, SSL certificates, and WordPress sites.
• Configure laptops, install software, and enforce endpoint security policies.
• Maintain IT documentation, backups, and operational records.
• Support HR functions, including employee records and onboarding/offboarding.
• Organize vendor and client documentation and oversee company filing systems.
• Coordinate meetings, internal communications, and company‑wide updates.
• Handle company social media content and communication schedules.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in IT administration and business operations.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Outlook administration.
• Experience with hosting platforms such as Hostinger or GoDaddy.
• Hands‑on experience managing WordPress sites.
• Good understanding of endpoint security, MFA, and access management.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Experience in a startup or technology environment is a plus.
