IT Manager

About the role

Project Accountants Ltd is seeking an experienced IT Manager to lead day‑to‑day IT operations, strengthen cybersecurity, and support the rollout of new technology initiatives across the business.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily IT operations, ensuring systems, devices and services run smoothly.
• Provide hands‑on support for hardware, software, network and user issues, acting as the primary escalation point.
• Oversee employee onboarding and off‑boarding, handling device setup, account creation and access permissions.
• Administer Microsoft Intune for device provisioning, compliance and endpoint security.
• Manage Azure portal, including user accounts, access controls, security settings and directory services.
• Support Microsoft 365 and identity/access management tools.
• Maintain and improve cyber security controls, aiming for Cyber Essentials compliance.
• Develop and update IT security policies, procedures and documentation.
• Maintain accurate inventory of hardware, software, licences and manage asset lifecycle.
• Identify and implement technology improvements to boost efficiency, security and user experience.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
