IT Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a reliable IT Specialist to manage and support daily technical operations across our offices, production floor, and retail/showroom systems. The role ensures uninterrupted system performance, data security, and smooth coordination between departments.

Key responsibilities

• Install, configure and maintain computers, printers, scanners and network devices.
• Provide technical support to staff for hardware, software and connectivity issues.
• Manage email accounts, user access permissions and system logins.
• Maintain LAN/Wi‑Fi network stability and troubleshoot internet connectivity issues.
• Install and update software, antivirus solutions and operating systems.
• Monitor system backups and ensure data protection and recovery readiness.
• Support POS, CCTV, biometric attendance and cloud‑based tools.
• Coordinate with external vendors for repairs and IT procurement.
• Maintain IT inventory and asset records.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science or a related field.
• 1–3 years of hands‑on IT support experience, preferably in retail or manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS, networking, routers and printers.
• Familiarity with POS systems, CCTV and biometric devices is a plus.
• Basic understanding of Google Workspace or Microsoft 365.
• Problem‑solving attitude with quick response capability.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple issues.
