IT Support L1 – Entry Level

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic IT Support L1 professional to join our team in Karachi. You will be the first point of contact for end‑users, providing timely assistance and ensuring a smooth technology experience across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and resolve IT support requests via phone, email, and ticketing system.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows 10 and Windows 11 devices.
• Support Microsoft 365 applications including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Office apps.
• Handle account and access issues such as password resets, MFA, and SSPR.
• Onboard and manage mobile devices (Android, iOS, iPad) using Microsoft Intune MDM.
• Assist with device enrollment, compliance policies, and Azure AD device join.
• Document solutions, create FAQs, and maintain knowledge‑base articles.
• Communicate clearly with end users in fluent English via email and calls.
• Escalate complex or unresolved issues to higher‑level support teams.

Required profile

• Strong problem‑solving and communication abilities.
• 1‑3 years of relevant experience in helpdesk or IT support.
• Knowledge of Windows installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Working experience with Microsoft 365 end‑user support.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Intune device enrollment and compliance.
• Understanding of Azure AD device join and related troubleshooting.
• Basic knowledge of enterprise mobile platforms (Android, iOS, iPad).
• Willingness to learn and grow in cloud and modern workplace technologies.
