IT Support L1

About the role

We are looking for an entry‑level IT Support L1 professional to be the first point of contact for users in Karachi. You will handle day‑to‑day technical issues, ensure devices are properly configured and support Microsoft 365 services while delivering excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and resolve IT support requests via phone, email or ticketing system.
• Install, configure and troubleshoot Windows 10/11 computers.
• Provide end‑user support for Microsoft 365 applications such as Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint and Office apps.
• Perform account and access management tasks including password resets, MFA and Self‑Service Password Reset.
• Onboard, enroll and manage Android, iOS and iPad devices through Microsoft Intune MDM, ensuring compliance policies are applied.
• Manage Azure AD device join, troubleshoot login and access issues, and maintain device registration synchronization.
• Create and update documentation, FAQs and knowledge‑base articles.
• Communicate with users in fluent English via email and phone, and escalate complex cases to higher‑level support.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 1‑3 years of help‑desk or IT support experience.
• Strong problem‑solving and communication abilities.
• Customer‑first attitude with patience, empathy and good time‑management.
• Eagerness to learn modern cloud and workplace technologies.

Required skills

• Windows 10/11 installation, configuration and troubleshooting.
• Microsoft 365 end‑user support (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, Office).
• Microsoft Intune device enrollment and compliance management.
• Azure Active Directory device join and access troubleshooting.
• Enterprise mobile device management for Android, iOS and iPad.
