IT Support Specialist – Windows Server

About the role

Trade Tacts International Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an IT Support Specialist to maintain and troubleshoot computer systems, ensure network continuity, and provide technical assistance to users in Lahore. The role involves hands‑on support for operating systems, hardware, and network fundamentals, as well as leading a small support team.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and lead a one‑person support team to deliver prompt IT services.
• Troubleshoot software, operating system, and hardware issues to maintain optimal performance.
• Administer Windows Server environments, handling security, updates, and backups.
• Support and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and network equipment.
• Use remote support tools to resolve user issues quickly, regardless of location.
• Monitor network fundamentals, detect and resolve connectivity problems.
• Document technical procedures, issues, and resolutions for future reference.
• Collaborate with other departments to understand and meet IT needs.
• Conduct regular hardware maintenance checks and provide user training on hardware and software applications.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of experience in IT support or a related field.
• Proven ability to lead a small support team.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills to assist end‑users and collaborate across departments.
