About the role
Aftab Associates is seeking an IT Support Technician to provide day‑to‑day technical assistance, manage systems and networks, and support users across the organization.
Key responsibilities
- Troubleshoot Windows OS and system issues
- Install, configure, and maintain software applications
- Manage and troubleshoot LAN / WAN / Wi‑Fi networks
- Handle ERP system issues and provide user support
- Perform server monitoring and regular backups
- Manage FTTP server tasks
- Handle domain and user account management
- Create and manage company email accounts
- Manage cPanel (emails, backups, hosting issues)
Required profile
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field
- Minimum 1 year of hands‑on IT experience
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
