IT Systems & Operations Specialist (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a tech‑savvy IT Systems & Operations Specialist to support and optimise our remote operations. The role involves building and maintaining workflows, troubleshooting business software, and improving productivity across multiple platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and optimise Monday.com workspaces and workflows.
• Update and maintain company websites and social media platforms.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in Microsoft Outlook, Teams, RingCentral, Google Workspace, and other business applications.
• Assist with user account setup, permissions, and access management.
• Support integrations and automations between business platforms.
• Identify and implement technology solutions to enhance productivity.
• Provide ongoing technical support to team members.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT, systems administration, or technical support.
• Experience administering Monday.com and building workflows.
• Experience managing or updating websites.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft 365, Google Workspace and cloud‑based business tools.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem‑solving abilities.
• Effective communication skills for supporting non‑technical users.
• Healthcare experience is a plus.

What we offer

• Full‑time remote position (Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM CST).
• Compensation of $6 USD per hour.
