IT Systems & Operations Specialist (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive IT Systems & Operations Specialist to support and enhance our technology environment. This remote position focuses on building efficient workflows, maintaining digital assets, and providing day‑to‑day technical support for our team.

Key responsibilities

• Design, maintain, and optimize Monday.com workspaces and automated workflows.
• Update and manage company websites and social media platforms.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across Microsoft Outlook, Teams, RingCentral, Google Workspace, and other business applications.
• Set up user accounts, manage permissions, and oversee access controls.
• Support integrations and automations between various business platforms.
• Identify and implement technology solutions that boost productivity.
• Provide ongoing technical assistance to non‑technical staff.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT, systems administration, or technical support.
• Hands‑on experience with Monday.com administration and workflow creation.
• Proven ability to manage and update websites.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and cloud‑based business tools.
• Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Experience in the healthcare sector is a plus.

What we offer

• Remote work flexibility.
• Full‑time schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM CST.
• Hourly compensation of $6 USD.
