Jazz Business Consultant - GSM

About the role

JazzWorld is hiring a Jazz Business Consultant - GSM (Grade L2) in Karachi, within the Enterprise Sales department and reporting to the Regional Manager. The consultant advises corporate clients on GSM solutions, builds long-term relationships and drives sales, revenue growth, upselling, retention and satisfaction across the assigned portfolio of B2B Large Accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Engage corporate clients, understand their needs and recommend tailored GSM solutions.
• Build lasting client relationships and promote additional GSM solutions to grow existing accounts.
• Achieve assigned monthly sales and revenue targets and expand business penetration in tagged companies.
• Prioritize high-value opportunities and drive customer retention and recovery targets.
• Conduct daily visits to B2B Large Accounts and complete scheduled visits, addressing complaints and resolving issues.
• Coordinate with B2B Executives, Pre-Sales, Customer Engagement, Sales Coordinators, Credit & Control, Channel Planning, Finance and the GSM Product team.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or master's degree, preferably combining Engineering/IT and Business.
• Corporate-sector sales experience, especially in internet and data products, GSM-based solutions, fixed connectivity or M2M/IoT products.
• Experience with OEMs, system integrators and technology companies.
• Understanding of emerging technologies such as digitalization, big data, security, ad-tech, IT hardware and IoT.
• Strong selling, negotiation and presentation skills, and a specialization in portfolio management.
