Junior Business Development Executive

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Junior Business Development Executive to join our software company in Lahore. You will be responsible for generating new business opportunities through online freelance platforms and direct client outreach, while acting as the bridge between clients and our development team.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and secure new projects on Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, PeoplePerHour, LinkedIn and through direct client contact.
• Communicate client requirements clearly to the development team and ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
• Receive tasks from developers, monitor progress, and guarantee timely, high‑quality delivery to clients.
• Follow up with clients regularly to provide top‑notch customer service.
• Generate leads, draft tailored proposals, and continuously improve business processes.
• Bid on opportunities across the listed platforms and negotiate competitive quotations.
• Research market trends and explore opportunities in both new and existing markets.

Required profile

• 6 months to 1 year of business development experience in the software/IT sector.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Good understanding of software development terminology and industry dynamics.
• Proven ability to negotiate with clients and close deals.
