Junior Business Generation Officer

About the role

OB9 is a creative marketing and digital solutions agency offering branding, social media marketing, content creation, website design, video editing, motion graphics and advertising campaigns. It is hiring a full-time, on-site Junior Business Generation Officer in Karachi to identify potential clients, generate leads and support business development. The role works closely with the marketing and creative teams.

Key responsibilities

• Research target markets and reach out to prospective clients by call, email and in-person meetings
• Maintain accurate records of leads and interactions in CRM or tracking tools
• Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to understand service offerings, prepare basic proposals and help with presentations and pitches
• Follow up on inquiries, provide timely information and nurture relationships
• Contribute to weekly reports on lead generation performance and opportunities

Required profile

• Prior experience generating leads for social media marketing, websites, branding, graphic design, reels making, cold calling and freelance platforms
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage prospects and explain services
• Solid customer service and business awareness
• Ability to work on-site in Karachi, manage time well and handle many leads or tasks in a fast pace
• Previous internship or entry-level experience in sales, business development or client relations is an advantage; relevant education in Business, Marketing, Communications or a related field is preferred

Required skills

• Basic understanding of digital marketing, branding or creative agency services is beneficial
• Proficiency in email, spreadsheets, presentation software and CRM systems is preferred
