Junior Communications Officer (Onsite)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Junior Communications Officer to serve as the primary point of contact for international business leads. Based onsite at our facilities, you will ensure smooth communication from initial outreach through meeting scheduling and R&D booking, supporting our century‑old combat‑goods manufacturing business.

Key responsibilities

• Handle day‑to‑day communication with international leads via email and phone.
• Track lead conversations, statuses, next steps and pending actions in a CRM.
• Conduct consistent, professional follow‑ups to keep leads engaged.
• Schedule meetings, coordinate calendars and arrange R&D bookings according to capacity and project timelines.
• Communicate realistic R&D availability and expected timelines to leads.
• Maintain accurate records of all lead interactions and follow‑up actions.
• Collaborate internally to ensure commitments and timelines are updated.
• Guarantee that no active lead is missed or left without follow‑up.

Required profile

• Fluent spoken and written English.
• Confident communicating with international clients and business leads.
• Strong organizational and follow‑up discipline.
• Ability to manage multiple leads simultaneously.
• Professional, responsive and detail‑oriented attitude.
• Availability to work full‑time onsite.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM systems.
• Proficiency in spreadsheets (e.g., Excel).
