Junior Customer Service Representative – FinTech

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Junior Customer Service Representative to join our fast‑growing fintech team. You will be the primary point of contact for users of our multi‑asset trading platform, helping them navigate the service, resolve issues and ensure a compliant, smooth experience.

Key responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat and ticketing systems.
• Assist with account opening, KYC verification, login problems and profile updates.
• Provide guidance on order placement, order status, margin requirements and basic product information.
• Guide users through our web and mobile trading platforms.
• Escalate complex cases to senior teams while maintaining accurate interaction records.
• Ensure all activities comply with internal policies and regulatory standards.
• Meet defined service level agreements and customer satisfaction targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Finance or Commerce preferred).
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Urdu.
• Previous customer service experience, ideally in fintech, brokerage or trading environments.
• Basic understanding of financial markets such as equities, derivatives or mutual funds.
• Willingness to work shifts that align with market hours.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Experience using CRM or ticketing systems.
