Junior Game Producer (Mobile)

About the role
We are seeking a Junior Game Producer with 2–3 years of experience in mobile game development. You will lead cross‑functional teams, translate product vision into actionable plans, and ensure high‑quality game delivery from concept through live operations.
Key responsibilities
- Own the production roadmap and delivery timelines for mobile titles.
- Coordinate design, art, development, QA, and marketing teams.
- Translate vision into milestones, sprints, and actionable tasks.
- Track progress, manage risks, remove blockers, and ensure timely releases.
- Monitor KPIs, support data‑driven decisions for updates and new features.
- Maintain clear documentation and reporting for stakeholders.
- Drive team communication and facilitate agile ceremonies.
Required profile
- 2–3 years of experience in game production or project management for mobile games.
- Strong understanding of the full mobile game lifecycle, including F2P models and live ops.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and multitasking abilities in a fast‑paced environment.
Required skills
- Hands‑on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or ClickUp.
