Junior Graphic Designer

About the role

Argan Deluxe, a premium hair‑care brand, is seeking a proactive Junior Graphic Designer to own and drive its visual content pipeline, especially for Instagram Stories and seasonal Meta ad campaigns. The role blends creative design, trend scouting, and hands‑on collaboration with the content team.

Key responsibilities

• Take full ownership of the daily Instagram Story content pipeline, gathering inspiration from Instagram, Pinterest, and TikTok.
• Design engaging graphics, AI‑assisted visuals, and Meta ad creatives for seasonal sales.
• Support miscellaneous design requests across the business.
• Collaborate with videographers on shoot days to direct and capture story‑specific content.
• Organise, schedule, and ensure efficient capture of all planned story concepts.

Required profile

• Strong graphic design fundamentals and aesthetic judgment.
• Deep understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and social‑media culture.
• Curiosity about emerging trends, visual styles, and audience behavior.
• Highly organized, able to manage multiple creative tasks simultaneously.
• Self‑motivated, capable of working independently without constant supervision.
• Comfortable collaborating with content creators and videographers.

Required skills

• Proficiency with AI creative tools for generating and refining visuals.
• Basic video editing abilities.
• Experience creating performance‑focused Meta ad creatives.
