Junior Graphic Designer (Remote)

About the role

RecruitEase is a growing graphic design agency that specializes in logo design and brand identity. We are looking for a creative and detail‑oriented Junior Graphic Designer to join our fully remote team. You will work on real client projects, build strong brand identities, and produce high‑quality visual systems that help businesses stand out.

Key responsibilities

• Design logos, brand identities, and complete visual systems.
• Create print‑ready materials such as business cards, brochures, and packaging.
• Conduct design research and develop mood boards.
• Collaborate with the team on briefs and client feedback.
• Maintain visual consistency across all brand assets.
• Deliver high‑quality, production‑ready design files.
• Contribute to internal portfolio and agency showcase projects.

Required profile

• 3+ years of graphic design experience (strong fresh candidates with a solid portfolio are welcome).
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.
• Strong understanding of branding and identity design principles.
• Knowledge of print design and proper file preparation.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating creativity and execution.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail and deadlines.
