About the role
The Junior HR Business Partner will support talent acquisition, onboarding and employee lifecycle activities across multiple locations.
Key responsibilities
- Recruit and onboard talent for facilities in Canada, UAE, Karachi and Lahore.
- Assist the Lead HRBP in performance management, KPIs and other strategic aspects.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree.
- Knowledge of recruitment and employment practices across UAE, Canada and Pakistan.
- 4‑6 years of experience in HR or a related field.
- Strong organisation, communication and conflict resolution skills.
