Junior Human Resource Business Partner

About the role

The Junior Human Resource Business Partner will join the HR business partnering team to support employee relations, talent acquisition, performance management and compliance. This dynamic role offers the chance to work closely with managers and the training team to develop staff capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in resolving employee relations issues by conducting investigations and providing guidance.
• Collaborate with management to address employee concerns and ensure policy adherence.
• Support recruitment activities including job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling and reference checks.
• Coordinate new‑hire orientation and onboarding to ensure smooth transitions.
• Help HRBP with performance reviews by tracking performance, conducting evaluations and delivering feedback.
• Work with the Training & Development team on Sales Competency Assessments.
• Maintain HR records and documentation to ensure compliance with company policies.
• Provide administrative support such as calendar management, meeting scheduling, report preparation and HR database upkeep.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• 2‑4 years of experience with HR principles, practices and regulations preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational abilities.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Proficiency in a fast‑paced, independent and team environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
• Experience with HRIS systems.
