Junior Lawyer

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Junior Lawyer to join our legal team in Karachi. The role offers hands‑on experience in legal research, contract drafting, and compliance across a dynamic real‑estate consulting environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and prepare opinions and reports.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, notices, and other legal documents.
• Assist in handling litigation matters and coordinate with external counsel.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
• Maintain and organize legal records and documentation.
• Support management on corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters.
• Liaise with clients, government departments, and regulatory authorities as required.
• Monitor legal developments and assess their impact on business operations.

Required profile

• Bachelor's Degree in Law (LL.B.).
• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of legal procedures, documentation, and compliance requirements.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining confidentiality.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
