Junior Lecturer in Computer Science and AI

About the role

Riphah International University seeks a dedicated Junior Lecturer to teach courses in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Cyber Security, or Computer Arts. Working remotely, you will deliver high‑quality education, support student success, and collaborate with the Head of Department to meet teaching targets.

Key responsibilities

• Teach assigned courses in the specified disciplines following the faculty workload policy.
• Prepare and conduct laboratory sessions to provide hands‑on learning experiences.
• Develop and maintain learning materials, including schemes of work aligned with curriculum standards.
• Monitor and record student progress, achievement, and attendance.
• Collaborate with the Head of Department to achieve teaching and learning objectives.
• Participate in curriculum development and update course content to reflect current industry and research trends.
• Apply research methodologies to support academic research and present findings at conferences.
• Provide guidance and feedback to students to enhance learning outcomes.

Required profile

• Bachelor of Science degree in a relevant discipline.
• Currently enrolled in a Master's program.
• Strong organizational skills and a commitment to fostering a stimulating academic environment.
• Ability to work under the guidance of the Head of Department without team‑management responsibilities.
