Junior Marketing Executive & Graphic Designer

About the role

We are seeking an energetic Junior Marketing Executive & Graphic Designer to support an aesthetics clinic in Clifton, Karachi. The role blends data‑driven marketing with creative visual design to boost brand presence across digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Create visual assets for social media, digital ads, email campaigns, website banners and presentations using Adobe Creative Suite, Canva and Capcut.
• Assist in planning, scheduling and executing social media campaigns, monitor engagement and support SEO and promotional events.
• Ensure brand consistency across all visual and written content.
• Collect and analyse basic marketing metrics such as social engagement and click‑through rates.
• Support the production of digital and print collateral like flyers, brochures and pitch decks.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in marketing, graphic design or related field (including internships and strong portfolio projects).
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications or a related discipline.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating typography, colour theory and layout skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign (or equivalent).
• Experience using Canva and Capcut for design and video editing.
• Familiarity with social media management platforms.
