Junior Meta Ads Executive

About the role

We are seeking a Junior Meta Ads Executive to manage and optimise advertising campaigns on Facebook and Instagram for an e‑commerce brand. The role focuses on driving online sales and meeting performance targets.

Key responsibilities

• Set up, manage and optimise Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook and Instagram.
• Monitor performance metrics such as ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPC and conversion rate.
• Manage budgets and identify opportunities to improve return on ad spend.
• Assist with audience targeting, prospecting, retargeting and customer acquisition.
• Coordinate with the creative team to develop and test ad creatives, videos and copy.
• Conduct A/B testing to enhance campaign performance and conversion rates.
• Prepare regular performance reports and provide optimisation recommendations.
• Monitor tracking and conversion events in collaboration with the technical team.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of hands‑on Meta Ads experience with an e‑commerce brand.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong analytical, detail‑oriented and organisational abilities.

Required skills

• Practical experience using Meta Ads Manager.
• Familiarity with Meta Pixel, Conversions API and GA4.
