Junior / Mid-Level Truck Dispatcher (US Time Zone)

About the role

Loadify LLC is hiring a motivated, detail-oriented Junior/Mid-Level Truck Dispatcher for its team in Lahore, Pakistan. The position is full-time and office-based in Bahria Town, with working hours aligned to the US time zone. Candidates need basic experience in US trucking dispatch operations, including load searching, broker communication, rate negotiation and identifying profitable loads.

Key responsibilities

• Search and identify suitable loads using DAT load boards.
• Communicate professionally with freight brokers and negotiate rates to secure profitable loads.
• Evaluate and qualify loads based on rates, routes and operational requirements.
• Present suitable and profitable load options to management.
• Maintain effective communication throughout the dispatching process.

Required profile

• 0-6 months of experience in US trucking dispatching.
• Good English communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work during US time zone hours.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.

Required skills

• Familiarity with DAT load boards and load searching.
• Understanding of broker communication and rate negotiation.

What we offer

• Monthly salary of PKR 60,000-80,000.
• Commission of 5-10% of gross revenue.
