Junior Project Manager - Infrastructure

About the role

ITNX FZE is recruiting on behalf of an international advisory firm that delivers major infrastructure projects worldwide. It is looking for an engineering graduate or early-career engineer to start a career in project management within the infrastructure and engineering sector. The position is remote, full-time (about 40 hours per week) on a 12-month initial contract that can be extended, with flexible working hours across international time zones. The expected start date is November 2026.

Key responsibilities

• Work alongside experienced project leaders on major international infrastructure projects.
• Gain practical exposure to project planning, coordination, monitoring, reporting and project management practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (any discipline).
• 0-3 years of professional experience after graduation.
• Strong interest in infrastructure and engineering project management.
• Good analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, especially for project tracking, budgets, schedules and reporting.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft 365.
• The position is open only to candidates with an engineering academic background; applications from IT, computer science, software engineering or other IT-related backgrounds are out of scope.

Preferred (not mandatory)

• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification, which is an advantage but not required.
• Knowledge or experience of Microsoft Project.
• Familiarity with SharePoint and PowerPoint.
• Exposure to project planning, scheduling, coordination or reporting.
