Junior Recruiter – IT & Software Hiring

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Junior Recruiter to support our growing Software & IT team. You will assist in identifying, attracting and hiring top technical talent, working closely with hiring managers and candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Key responsibilities

• Source and screen candidates for technical and non‑technical positions using job boards, LinkedIn and internal databases.
• Post job openings on relevant platforms and manage incoming applications.
• Conduct initial phone or video screenings to evaluate candidate fit.
• Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain and update candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
• Assist with employer branding initiatives to attract top tech talent.
• Support the offer and onboarding process for new hires.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and team needs.

Required profile

• 0–1 year of experience in recruitment or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Interest in technology and software industry.

Required skills

• Proficiency with job boards and professional networking sites (e.g., LinkedIn).
• Experience using an applicant tracking system (ATS).
