About the role
Wadic is seeking a Junior Recruiter to join the team on the night shift (6:00 pm – 3:00 am). The role involves full‑cycle recruiting for senior‑level IT specialist positions, supporting the company’s growth in the technology sector.
Key responsibilities
- Source and screen candidates through job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Conduct pre‑screening calls, coordinate interviews, and manage the candidate experience from initial contact to offer acceptance.
- Collaborate with team leaders to forecast hiring needs and support hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in technical or non‑technical recruitment.
- Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and ability to understand technical job requirements.
Required skills
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
- Knowledge of recruiting techniques and best practices.
