Junior Sales Executive – Remote/Hybrid (Karachi)

About the role

Ziyana Yachts, a Dubai‑based luxury yacht charter company, is seeking a motivated Junior Sales Executive to join its growing team from Karachi. You will be the first point of contact for inbound enquiries and will actively support outbound outreach, helping to qualify leads and nurture relationships with high‑net‑worth clients.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly to inbound enquiries through the CRM system.
• Qualify leads, gather booking requirements and forward qualified opportunities to senior sales colleagues.
• Conduct outbound outreach to prospective clients and broker contacts.
• Maintain accurate records, notes, follow‑ups and deal stages in the CRM.
• Assist in preparing proposals, quotations and supporting documentation.
• Follow up on warm leads during peak campaign periods.
• Represent the Ziyana brand professionally in all communications.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of experience in sales, hospitality, travel or another client‑facing role.
• Exceptional written English; ability to communicate with international, high‑net‑worth individuals.
• Comfortable using WhatsApp, email and video‑call platforms for client interaction.
• Coach‑able, eager to learn and able to keep leads active.
• Organised, responsive and able to work independently.
• Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus, but not mandatory.
