About the role

Free Mind Marketing is seeking a Junior Social Media Graphics Designer to join its creative team in Islamabad. This full‑time hybrid position (3 days onsite, 2 days remote) supports the design of visual content for digital and print platforms, including social media graphics, marketing collateral, and website assets.

Key responsibilities

• Create eye‑catching graphics that align with brand guidelines.
• Develop visual assets for social media campaigns, advertisements, and client presentations.
• Collaborate with copywriters, marketers, and developers to ensure cohesive project delivery.
• Maintain consistency across all design outputs and meet client deadlines.
• Stay informed about emerging design trends, tools, and best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work well in a team environment.
• Recent graduates or early‑career designers with internship or freelance experience are encouraged to apply.
