Junior Travel Sales Consultant

About the role

Flight Way is looking for an enthusiastic Junior Travel Sales Consultant to join its team in Rawalpindi. You will be the first point of contact for customers interested in travel services, helping them turn inquiries into confirmed bookings.

Key responsibilities

• Handle company‑provided leads via phone calls, WhatsApp, and in‑person office visits.
• Understand customers' travel needs and prepare accurate quotations.
• Follow up with prospects, convert inquiries into bookings, and cross‑sell hotels, insurance, and other travel services.
• Coordinate with ticketing, visa, hotel, and operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to one year of relevant experience.
• Strong communication skills in Urdu and functional English.
• Confident communication through calls, WhatsApp, and face‑to‑face meetings.
• Basic computer, typing, and calculation abilities.
