Junior UI/UX Designer (Lahore)

About the role

We are looking for an eager Junior UI/UX Designer to join our Lahore team. You will work on both marketing websites and complex digital products, gaining experience across a variety of design challenges in a fast‑paced, supportive environment.

Key responsibilities

• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes and high‑fidelity mockups for websites and web applications.
• Adapt quickly to changing project requirements and help pivot designs when new ideas emerge.
• Collaborate with product managers and developers in an agile, unstructured workflow.
• Support user research by gathering feedback and assisting with usability testing.
• Help maintain and organise our internal design system to ensure visual consistency.
• Participate in design critiques, present work and iterate rapidly based on feedback.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of UI/UX design experience (including internships, bootcamps or freelance work).
• Strong portfolio with 2–3 case studies showing process for websites and product interfaces.
• Comfortable working in an ambiguous, fast‑changing environment.
• Excellent communication, empathy for users and proactive problem‑solving attitude.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Figma for design and prototyping.
• Solid understanding of layout, typography, colour theory and responsive design principles.
