Key Account Manager – Client & Trend-Focused

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Key Account Manager to nurture client relationships and drive marketing solutions that resonate with Gen Z audiences. You will act as the primary liaison between clients and our internal creative teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time and on trend.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and grow strong relationships with assigned clients.
• Serve as the main point of contact for all client communications.
• Translate client needs into clear, actionable briefs for the design team.
• Coordinate project timelines, quality checks, and delivery of creative assets.
• Ensure all deliverables align with current Gen Z‑focused digital trends.
• Handle client feedback, manage revisions, and keep stakeholders informed.
• Identify upselling opportunities and contribute to account growth.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in account management or client servicing, preferably in an agency setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and meet tight deadlines.

Required skills

• Deep understanding of Gen Z trends, social media culture, and digital behavior.
• Familiarity with trending formats such as reels, short‑form video, memes, and user‑generated content.
• Knowledge of platform best practices on Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
