About the role
We are looking for a full‑time Key Account Manager to join our Karachi office. The role focuses on managing strategic client accounts in the customs, consultancy and logistics sector, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and business growth.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain and develop strong relationships with key customers, acting as their primary point of contact.
- Manage client portfolios, create business plans and identify growth opportunities.
- Analyse market and client data to develop strategies that improve account performance.
- Coordinate with internal departments to deliver seamless service and resolve client issues.
- Monitor trends, prepare reports and ensure timely delivery of solutions.
Required profile
- Proven experience in account management, preferably handling key accounts.
- Strong business planning and analytical abilities.
- Excellent communication, organizational and relationship‑building skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
- Experience in logistics, customs or international trade is a strong advantage.
- Knowledge of import processes and ability to work under tight deadlines.
