Key Account Manager – Retail Partnerships

About the role

We are seeking a driven Key Account Manager to be the primary liaison between VQ and its strategic retail partners in Islamabad and Rawalpindi. You will champion our award‑winning audio and small domestic appliance brands, ensuring they are presented premium‑ly across all retail touchpoints while driving growth and new opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Manage, grow, and retain a portfolio of key retail accounts.
• Build long‑term relationships with buyers and category managers.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within existing accounts.
• Lead commercial negotiations on pricing, margins, promotions and agreements.
• Prepare and present tailored commercial proposals and sales forecasts.
• Coordinate with marketing, product, supply‑chain and finance teams for seamless execution.
• Support product launches, promotions and retail activations.
• Monitor account performance, sales trends and stock levels.
• Ensure timely follow‑ups, reporting and documentation.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of key‑account management experience in a B2B environment, preferably retail, consumer electronics or lifestyle brands.
• Strong understanding of retail dynamics and commercial negotiations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship‑management abilities.
• Ability to collaborate across cross‑functional teams.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented and commercially driven.
• Strategic mindset with a hands‑on execution approach.
• Passion for design, innovation and home/lifestyle products.
• Based in Islamabad or Rawalpindi.
