About the role
The Basic Sciences department seeks qualified Medical Laboratory Technologists to support practical laboratory sessions for undergraduate medical students.
Key responsibilities
- Assist faculty in conducting practical laboratory sessions.
- Prepare equipment, specimens, reagents and materials for classes.
- Maintain laboratory equipment, records and inventory.
- Ensure proper handling, storage and disposal of laboratory materials.
- Follow safety protocols and keep the lab clean and organized.
Required profile
- BS in Medical Laboratory Technology from a recognized institution.
- Relevant laboratory experience preferred.
- Strong organizational, technical and communication abilities.
