Lead Generation Intern

About the role

HR Navigator is hiring a Lead Generation Intern in Iqbal Town, Lahore, working on-site from 5:00 PM to midnight, Monday to Friday, for a 3-month internship. The position offers complete end-to-end training on lead-generation workflows and outreach tools, mentorship from experienced specialists, and a clear pathway to a full-time Lead Generation Specialist / SDR role based on performance.

Key responsibilities

• Research and verify contact details of key decision-makers across target industries
• Build, organize and maintain lead databases and prospect lists using LinkedIn, web databases and spreadsheets
• Assist with cold email and LinkedIn outreach campaigns using personalized sequences
• Screen inquiries and qualify leads before passing them to the sales team
• Track and report outreach volume, open/reply rates and lead conversion rates
• Experiment with outreach templates, search filters and research methods to improve lead quality

Required profile

• Fresh graduates or final-year students are encouraged to apply
• Strong interest in B2B prospecting, market research and digital outreach
• Excellent written English and exceptional attention to detail and data accuracy
• Proactive, fast learner with a strong learning ability
• Ability to work 100% on-site in Lahore during night-shift hours
