Lead Graphic Designer

About the role

Xorora is seeking a Lead Graphic Designer to own visual and brand output across products, marketing, and campaigns. This full‑time, night‑shift position is based on‑site in Lahore and combines strong graphic design craft with daily use of AI image and video generation tools.

Key responsibilities

• Lead graphic design for brand, marketing, social, and product touchpoints from concept to final assets.
• Own and evolve the visual identity, ensuring consistency across all channels.
• Use AI tools (Google Nano Banana Pro, Adobe Firefly, Kling AI, Veo 3.1) daily to create illustrations, marketing assets, and videos.
• Build prompting systems, reference libraries, and style frameworks to keep AI output on‑brand.
• Maintain brand guidelines, asset libraries, and design templates.
• Mentor designers, review work, and raise the team’s craft and AI capabilities.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and leadership to deliver visuals that meet business goals.
• Support UI/UX needs across web and mobile when required.

Required profile

• 5+ years of graphic design experience, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing brand/visual design and AI‑generated image/video work.
• Hands‑on experience with AI generation tools such as Google Nano Banana Pro, Adobe Firefly, Kling AI, or Veo 3.1.
• Expert prompting skills for repeatable, high‑quality AI output.
• Expert command of Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
• Excellent eye for typography, colour, composition, and visual hierarchy.
• Working knowledge of UI/UX fundamentals.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Lahore during night‑shift hours.
