Lead Graphic Designer - Sports Platform

About the role

Sportech builds the digital infrastructure for sports clubs, leagues, academies and federations worldwide, offering a branded fan engagement ecosystem with memberships, livestream monetization, digital gifting, ticketing, prediction features, merchandise and interactive experiences. It is looking for a creative, detail-driven Graphic Designer to lead the visual identity adaptation and brand execution of its sports ecosystem, turning the fan app platform into bespoke, high-impact digital experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Multi-app branding and skinning: rapidly skin the core platform UI into fully branded apps using team badges, colour hierarchies, custom typography and official partner kits.
• Visual asset production: create game-ready assets such as digital player trading cards, seasonal drops, custom match badges, virtual gifting icons, in-app banners and promo graphics.
• Partner pitch and marketing visuals: produce realistic, high-fidelity device mockups, visual previews and sales decks showing how partners look inside the platform.
• App Store and launch collateral: design localized screenshots, preview banners, feature graphics and social roll-out assets for partner club app launches.
• Brand consistency: ensure strict compliance with partner club brand guidelines while keeping visual cohesion across all app touchpoints.

Required profile

• 3+ years of graphic and visual design experience, with a portfolio showing app branding, sports/entertainment graphics or digital product skinning.
• Ability to handle multiple brand guidelines at once and deliver high-volume, pixel-perfect assets on tight match-day deadlines.
• Strong sense of sports culture, visual storytelling, layout design, typography and micro-branding.
