Lead Instructor – AI Engineering with Claude (Part‑time)

About the role

Edversity seeks a part‑time Lead Instructor to design and deliver its flagship AI Engineering with Claude cohort. You will own the curriculum, run live labs, and ensure learners ship real projects on the Claude stack.

Key responsibilities

• Finalize curriculum, build labs, project briefs and grading rubrics; run labs with teaching assistants and track time and API costs.
• Teach weekly concept sessions with live coding, lead demo reviews, and conduct gate assessments where learners defend design choices.
• Supervise capstone teams, coordinate with employer sponsors, and keep course material up‑to‑date as Claude models evolve.

Required profile

• 3+ years building production software, including at least 1 year shipping LLM applications.
• Current Claude Certified Architect – Professional credential (required).
• Experience teaching, mentoring, or leading code reviews; fluent English.

Required skills

• Strong Python and TypeScript proficiency.
• Hands‑on experience with Claude API, Claude Code, Claude Agent SDK, MCP, evals and guardrails.
• Cost and latency control for LLM applications; ability to give structured code feedback.
