Lead Instructor, Blockchain Specialization

About the role

The organization seeks a technically strong Lead Instructor to deliver an intensive, project‑driven blockchain specialization program on‑site in Karachi. The role combines classroom teaching, hands‑on coding sessions, mentorship, and evaluation of student projects.

Key responsibilities

• Lead live, on‑site blockchain classes covering fundamentals, smart contract development, and Web3 workflows.
• Conduct practical coding labs, project work, and debugging sessions using tools such as Solidity, Hardhat, Remix, and MetaMask.
• Mentor learners through individual and team projects, reviewing code, assignments, and final deliverables.
• Track learner progress, provide structured feedback, and support technical showcases or hackathons.

Required profile

• 3+ years of software engineering or blockchain development experience.
• Prior teaching, mentoring, or technical training experience is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly.
• Availability for regular on‑site sessions in Karachi.

Required skills

• Blockchain fundamentals, distributed ledger technology, and consensus mechanisms.
• Smart contract development with Solidity and related frameworks (Hardhat, Foundry, Remix).
• Web3 development using Ethers.js, Web3.js, MetaMask, OpenZeppelin.
• Experience with Ethereum, EVM‑compatible networks, and optionally other platforms such as Solana, Polygon, or BNB Chain.
• Proficiency in React, Node.js, and GitHub for project collaboration.
