Lead Logistics Product Manager

About the role

The Lead Logistics Product Manager for the Pakistan area is a senior commercial and product leadership position responsible for shaping and growing Maersk’s lead logistics business. The role owns the area product strategy, growth agenda, and profit‑and‑loss performance while guiding cross‑functional teams to design competitive solutions and expand customer partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the area plan for Lead Logistics in line with global and regional strategy.
• Drive go‑to‑market strategy, including customization, sales enablement, marketing and customer experience.
• Maintain and grow existing business through contract renewals and expanded service scope.
• Monitor sales pipeline, support strategic pursuits, and provide product, solution engineering and pricing support.
• Own the Lead Logistics P&L, set growth targets, and lead corrective actions.
• Lead local product development and localization of global products.

Required profile

• Significant senior‑level experience in lead logistics, supply chain management or a comparable end‑to‑end supply chain role.
• Proven record of leading business growth and managing commercial or profit‑and‑loss outcomes.
• Deep understanding of supply chain networks, including transportation, warehousing, customs, inventory and technology.
• Strong financial and commercial acumen with ability to interpret revenue, margin and forecast data.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and decision‑making skills at senior‑leadership level.
