Lead Logistics Product Manager

About the role

The Lead Logistics Product Manager for the Pakistan area is a senior commercial and product leadership position responsible for shaping and growing Maersk’s lead logistics business. The role owns the product strategy, growth agenda, and P&L performance while guiding cross‑functional teams to design competitive solutions and expand customer partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the area plan for Lead Logistics in line with global and regional strategy, including go‑to‑market, sales enablement and customer experience.
• Drive growth by maintaining existing business, securing contract renewals, and identifying new opportunities using market data and customer insights.
• Lead local product development and localization of global offerings to meet prioritized customer needs.
• Own the area Lead Logistics P&L, set ambitious targets, monitor performance, and lead corrective actions.
• Provide product, solution engineering and pricing support to sales teams and actively participate in strategic client pursuits.

Required profile

• Significant senior‑level experience in lead logistics, supply chain management or a comparable end‑to‑end supply chain role.
• Proven track record of leading business growth and managing commercial or profit‑and‑loss outcomes in a complex, multi‑stakeholder environment.
• Strong financial and commercial acumen with ability to interpret revenue, margin, cost‑to‑serve and forecast data.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills, capable of influencing senior internal and external stakeholders.

Required skills

• Deep understanding of supply chain networks, including transportation, warehousing, customs, inventory and order management.
• Experience with digital supply chain platforms, data visibility and systems integration.
• Strategic thinking combined with strong execution discipline to translate priorities into measurable results.
