Lead Management & Customer Support Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Lead Management & Customer Support Specialist to join our Digital Marketing and Lead Management team in Lahore. The role focuses on handling leads generated through digital channels, qualifying prospects, and ensuring smooth hand‑off to sales and technical teams.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and manage leads from digital marketing campaigns, ensuring prompt follow‑up.
• Conduct outbound cold calls and follow‑up calls to qualify leads according to business criteria.
• Assess incoming inquiries, route qualified leads to the appropriate sales or technical teams.
• Maintain accurate lead tracking sheets, CRM records, and performance logs.
• Coordinate with the digital marketing team to ensure seamless lead flow and campaign execution.
• Generate daily and weekly reports on lead activity, conversion rates, and follow‑up progress.
• Respond to customer inquiries professionally, maintaining high interaction standards.
• Handle data entry, spreadsheet management, and database updates using MS Excel or similar tools.

Required profile

• Detail‑oriented with strong organizational abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proactive attitude and ability to work independently and within a team.
• Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging with potential customers.

Required skills

• Microsoft Excel (or equivalent spreadsheet software).
• Experience with CRM systems for lead tracking and management.
